Eric Grundman enters his ninth year as Marywood University's Assistant Director of Athletics and Recreation and Head Men's Basketball Coach. Grundman led the men's basketball program to its most successful season ever in 2008-09, finishing with a 15-11 record overall and a 9-7 record in Conference play. The Pacers reached the post-season for the the third time in program history and had two players (Prince Blacknall and Sidney Tharpe) earn First-Team All-Conference Honors.
Grundman came to Marywood after a very successful stint at nearby Lackawanna Junior College. During his last season at Lackawanna, Coach Grundman led the Falcons to a 19-9 record, falling one win shy of returning to the NJCAA Division II National Championship game. Grundman's Falcons battled four times in the Region XIX championship game, hanging title banners three times during his seven seasons at the helm of the program. Grundman compiled a 153-47 (.765 winning percentage) record while at Lackawanna and earned three NJCAA Division II Region XIX Coach of the Year awards.
During the 2004-2005 season, Coach Grundman led the Pacers to what was their most successful season at the time, going 11-15 (8-8 PAC), breaking records for overall and conference wins in a season and taking the team to post-season play. The Pacers also earned the PAC's Team Sportsmanship Award for the 2007-2008 season.
A native of Johnson City, NY, Coach Grundman served as an assistant coach at Broome Community College from 1992-1994 and at Binghamton University from 1985-1991. Grundman also served several years as Assistant Men's Tennis Coach for the Pacers. A graduate of Empire State College in Saratoga Springs, NY, Grundman holds a Business Management and Economics degree. He currently resides in Scranton.

Jason Moran returns to the Marywood Men's Basketball Coaching staff for his ninth season as Assistant Coach. In the 2008-09 season, he and Head Coach Eric Grundman led the Pacers to a conference playoff berth and the men's baskeball program's most successful season ever.
Moran, a graduate of Moravian College, led the Greyhounds during his senior season in both scoring and rebounding with 16.1 points per game and 8.3 rebounds per game. He also had a team-high 33 blocked shots that season.
Moran was named to the MAC Commonwealth League First-Team and earned honors on the Columbus Multimedia Middle Atlantic Honorable Mention All-Region Team and Most Valuable Player honors at the Greyhound Rebound Classic for four consecutive years.
Coach Moran finished his playing career at Moravian fourth on the all-time scoring list with 1,469 points and third on the rebounding list with 764.
