Saturday Basketball Postponed, Hall of Fame Induction Still On
14th class of inductees to be honored despite basketball being pushed
The basketball doubleheader for Saturday has been postponed but the Hall of Fame Induction ceremony will still take place
Scranton, PA - Marywood University's women's and men's basketball doubleheader versus Philadelphia Biblical University scheduled for Saturday, February 6 has been postponed. Expected snow accumulation in the Philadelphia area has made it unsafe for PBU to travel north. The men's game has been rescheduled for Wednesday, February 17 at 7pm while the women's game will be played Wednesday, February 10 at 6pm.
The Hall of Fame Induction ceremony, which will see the 14th class of inductees being honored, will still take place. The ceremony, honoring former men's basketball great Anthony Mauro and former tennis standout Beth Eisenhower Fuller, will take place at 10:30am in the Nazareth Student Center's private dining room.
