The visitors raced out to a nine-point lead at halftime thanks to Carsillo's 10-point opening half. Trailing by double-digits for most of the second half, Marywood got back to within four (64-60) after several D.J. Strayhorn free throw shots. Strayhorn penetrated the lane several times and either connected for a layup and a foul or drew two shots. But the Ravens responded with an 11-1 run to put the game away.
Marywood returns to action Monday when they visit Centenary College in Hackettstown, New Jersey in another key CSAC game. Tip-off is scheduled for 8:00 pm.
